Jaure Kop-Flex Barrel Coupling TCB / TCB-HD for Hoisting Application. 

JAURE® TCB barrel couplings are recommended for installation in crane lifting mechanisms, to connect the cable drum with the gearbox output shaft, as well as in winch conveyors and platform hoists.

The convex shape of the barrels and the internal spaces of the toothing allows the oscillation of the hub relative to the sleeve, compensating angular misalignments of ± 1º 30’ and an axial displacement that varies between ± 3 mm and ± 8 mm

TCB-HD TCB-HD is an improvement over the previous TCB-S. The TCB-HD is fully interchangeable with TCB-S. Upgrade of materials. Detailed calculations with finite element analysis (FEA) have been performed. Maximum boreshaft diameter "d" has been increased. Nominal torque has been increased. Allowable radial loads have increased. Increasing the range: Two bigger sizes now available.

Jaure® MT Gear Couplings

The Jaure MT gear coupling is a steel double-jointed coupling that accommodates the misalignment through the sliding of the mating gears. The coupling is torsionally stiff.

Jaure gear spindles are specially designed for those applications where driving and driven components are necessarily misaligned and where service dictates a changeable amount of misalignment.
